The Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care is a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering high quality and culturally appropriate services to seniors in the Greater Toronto and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to enable seniors to live life to the fullest - in the healthiest, most independent and dignified ways.

Officially opened in October 1994, the Yee Hong Centre offers a continuum of care services to Chinese seniors and long-term care services to seniors from various cultural backgrounds including South Asian, Japanese, Filipino, Portuguese and many other cultures. Thousands of seniors benefit from our long-term care, senior housing, medical and rehabilitation services and community-based programs every day.

As a caring community that provides care with a client-centered and personalized approach, Yee Hong is currently serving 15,000 seniors and their families across the GTA. In order to sustain our level of care delivery and many community based programs that are not funded by the government, Yee Hong Community Wellness Foundation needs to raise funds each year to support
the centre's operation.

As a non-profit organization, Yee Hong counts on the generous and ongoing support of corporations and individuals. Thank you to T&T Supermarket, NAAAP Toronto, Apex Media Group, and everyone in the community for supporting Yee Hong and making a difference for our seniors in the community!
